raised the rents! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Talk about shock! nothing like getting a letter to renew my lease and raising my rent by $200 a month! Shock! I'm out of here! It's not worth the current price, the contruction was bad, office people are rude and they want more money from me! NO WAY!
