Don't be fooled by the good looks of this apartment. The layout of the inside of the apartments is great; high cielings, crown molding, new appliances, etc. BUT, renter beware! The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I can hear when my neighbors turn on their light switches! The cieling squeeks with every step the people above me take. Parking is a nightmare. Unless you have a garage next to your unit, you will walk a long long time. (Garages are 100.00 extra) There have actually been nights when I have had to park in the dirt lot next door. They have a great gym. The only problem is, they keep it so hot. If you go into the office where all the staff are during the summer, it will be nice and cool. Go down the hall to the work out room (on a seperate thermostat), and it is hot. The pool was swamp green for about over month last summer. Whoever takes care of the pool obviously doesn't know what they are doing. They don't seem to be that concerned about it, they just put a "pool closed" sign on the gate and take their time fixing it. The management is very greedy. They will nickel and dime you to death. I will never rent here again.
