The apartment was very nice. We only paid around $900 per month for a two bedroom as we signed the lease during a promotion. However, the listed price was around $1300. I would never had moved in if I had to pay $1300 per month. Better to go and rent or buy a house for that cost but that is up to you. I never heard my neighbors. The only time I could hear anyone else was if I stood next to the front door and people were talking while walking by. Or a front door slamming. The one negative issue with the apartment was the fire alarm. Almost every thunderstorm that went near the apartment complex sent the fire alarm ringing (very loud). There were some instances where the fire alarm would go off for 2-3 hrs off and on. Very annoying. However, rather than that I had no complaints with the apartment or the staff.
