This place looks really nice from the outside, but once you have lived here you will have found out the following:

1. Go through the breezeways away from the model apartments. You will find litter and trash.
2. The security service is non-existent.
3. Response on repairs is poor.
4. Many of the facilities, including gym and pool are in disrepair and are often unavailable.
5. The leasing staff makes it abundantly clear that they are there as salespeople and once you sign the lease, don't bother them or waste their time with silly questions about repairs. They are there to sign new leases, not to bother with existing residents.
6. No parking close to your apartment unless you go for a garage -- which is extra.
Glad I moved out. Paying 1000 plus for 'luxury living' was not worth it.
