Very poor management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The only thing I can say is if you are Military then please stay away from this complex. They do not honor Military Deployment orders (if you try to get out of your lease early due to them you are pentalized), the management is very hard to work with when it comes to solving issues and can tend to be rude to the tenants. Unless you pay for the covered parking, parking can be a big problem and they charge a $20 pent rent and cannot explain why you are paying this fee.
