will be glad to move. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Poorly insulated, floors are freezing. We can hear everything(& I mean everything) the upstairs neighbors are doing. One section of the floor is like a trampoline, and the rest of the floor squeaks. It took 6 months to get a faulty dishwasher replaced. The maintenance staff is helpful and courteous. I wish I could say the same for the office staff. One in particular never does anything, just makes excuses. Deck is nice, but the two sets of sliding doors are a waste of wall space and let in the cold. I've been told the chimneys haven't been cleaned in at least 2 years. Overall, it's pretty bad. Could be worse.
