Cheyenne Crest Apartments

Not renewing my lease... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   We are military so we have lived in a lot of appartments. This place needs a lot of tlc especially because of the rent they charge for these poorly taken care of appt. The floor had floor boards missing so when you walk where it is missing you almost trip so you try to jump over it and it sounds like you are going to fall through the floor. You can hear all of your neighbors conversations. Parking is ok. Staff are very rude and act like they are better than you. Maintenance takes a while to get to your problem and it seem like there is always something wrong. Faucets drip, toilets run the carpet was stained really bad. The appartment was very dirty when we moved in. Cars have been stolen or broke into. I could go on and on but I think you get my point. Don't live here. They also try to rip military off, like the new law that allows military to break their lease, well they tried to tell us that we had to pay rent up until 7days of the next report and the law says you have to give thirty days notice from the next rental due date. ie. give notice today then you have to pay up until Feb. 28th.
