not so bad but not worth much From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   it was not the worst place to live, but it was way to small for what we paid, and totally not worth it's price in any aspect. parking wasn't well light and it was always difficult to get a spot anywhere near my apartment. we could always hear the loud fighting couple below us and the partying -------- next to us. the grounds were terrible and old, falling apart. they were doing construction when we left, but no one spoke english and i honestly think i knew more about what they were doing than they did. always seemed safe enough to me, but heard of a few people having their cars broken into around my building. maitanance varied: either so prompt they were there five min after i called, or took weeks to even call back. nothing was ever horrible, but it was always very far from great. there are better places.
