Cheyenne Crest Apartments

This place is a joke! Very unfriendly and uncooperative From: yippiekiyaaa@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I was very disgusted with how this place was managed and the upkeep. Im new to colorado springs. I met somone and moved in with them here we were newly married. my wife was very sick for sometime and wasnt able to work she was behind two weeks and was getting harassed by the office about paying rent. She told them we had just been married and her husbands B.A.H would be in before to long. That wasnt good enough. So we had army finance call them and J.A.G and they couldnt get anywhere with them either. explaining that they would get the money that was coming to them. A week later my wife gets a court order to go to court about the rent. The complex sent a lawyer down from Denver to meet with the wife and work this out in the court system. They ended up settling out of court and the lawyer said to her to just work it out with the complex. DUH!!! She tried doing that along with the other services involved. Bam!! 600.000 fee for having him come down to talk to her for 10 min and tell her work it out! That is totally absurd. She called the office back and agreed to cooperate this time after all the unnecessary treatment. I couldnt wait to leave this hell hole the apt sucked and they didnt upkeep it like they should of. meanwhile telling us were not doing our job of keeping our front door clean...:''' hUH' We had a terrible Ice problem outside of our apt very dangerous and surprising we didnt break our necks. Dont move in here unless you want to get treated like crap! They are not worth the little money to live there and not worth the headache of poor management and disrespect to the people serving the country considering we make up most of the tenants in that complex. I hope you find much better options to go live in.
