Somewhat overpriced for quality but great local for Military From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Five minutes to get onto Fort Carson, Starbucks & Blackbear coffee bars. Excellent starting point for jumping off to anywhere or qanything CS has to offer Quality of apartment's build is suspect but clean. Your neighbors are so close you must close blinds 98% of time. Pool and amenities are very nice. Parking is sometimes an issue. $25.00 will get you a covered spot somewhere within area. Very safe place to live.
