Cheyenne Crossing Apartments

Highly recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have been completed satisfied with all aspects of the management and quality of life at Cheyenne Crossing. Management delivered as promised and the maintenance staff is responsive and courteous. I think the apartments are a good value for the money. My neighbors are quiet and parking is not a problem. They do a fine job maintaining the grounds. The location is convenient to Fort Carson. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice. My only complaint is that my car insurance went up $150 when I moved here from Northeast part of town but management has no control over that. My guess is that the zip code encompasses a part of Nevada Street that is more crime prone. I appreciate the opportunity to live in a nice place like Cheyenne Crossing. The mountain views are wonderful.
