I've now been living here for about seven months and I just call it home. The apartment was nice in the summer and right now, in early November, I've got a fire crackling in the fireplace as I write this. I find the neighbors to be downright friendly and although one of my neighbors is a professional bass player, he's pretty good about the hours he practices. I really get a kick out of the deer that have been hanging around. They are very used to people, never beg and are never aggressive. That's just cool.
The grounds are very well kept and I really appreciate that the complex wasn't plastered with campaign signs during the election season. All in all, the tenants and the grounds-keepers take very good care of the place. Oh, and lets not forget the pool area and exercise room. Someone's always there. Even in the cold. And the laundr room does seem to be big enough for the complex. I've never been short a washer or dryer even when it's crowded.
And the office staff are remarkabe! Freindly, professional and ready to help in any situation, Both Anna and Gin really try their hardest to please everybody all the time. I have a hard time wrapping my mind around complaints I've read about the front office staff, as I've never had a complaint and never heard one either. And I can't think of a single time when they haven't come in after hours to fix problems. Well, they won't turn the big-screen TV in the clubhouse to the Packers games when I ask. That's a shame.
Yup, 100% satisfied here. I highly recommend this place.

When talking about the high utility bill what was the average in winter and summer? Is it a one or two bedroom your reviewing? I???m looking for a two bedroom 3 people total, some idea of the utility cost would be very helpful.
