The aparmtent is okay. The staff is nice except for the leasing agent, Ana. Everything was okay, until I had any office request of things needing fixed. She is a younger kid (like early 20's). She was extremely unprofessional and nasty/ rude towards me (pretty much for no reason). This would be a wonderful place, if they would get rid of the snippity little leasing agent

I live in Cheyenne Crossings and I have dealt extensively with Ana and she has never been rude to me. I even had a problem with my intrusion alarm and she came over to my unit to help me with. I would say she went above and beyond. A lot of times we have to remember that people treat us the way we treat them......

I have personally dealt with her too and have found in my 1 yr of living there for here to be rude and snippy at times too!! Like in a bad mood, pissed off look on her face and it showed! We actually got into a little disagreement at one time..

I go to the office just to chat with Anna! She and Gin are awesome! They are always helpful and friendly...
