This is a good, layed back place to live. It is right by ft. carson and two big grocery stores and gas stations. My neighbors are awesome and the gated commuity is totally a plus to me. The apartments are a little old, but if something breaks, the maintenance men are right there to take care of it. All and all, I think this is a place for young or old to live.

I totally agree with the person who wrote the above comments. I have been here for 4 months and it has proven to be the best place I have ever been. Not only the staff has been great and inviting but the tenants here are nice and helpful as well. The day I moved in, I had 2 different tenants asked if they could help me in any way. This has been a great experience and I will definitely stay until I deploy again. I even talked with a neighbor who keeps his apt. here when he deploys to be sure he will have a place to come back to. It's great.
