The maintenance staff is very responsive, but management is not. They are not likely to return phone calls or address noise issues. Extremely noisy tenants will not be evicted, even with repeated calls to the office, security, and local police. Apartments with fireplaces have interesting features, and washer/dryer was furnished. However, it was not worth the noise and harrassment by the neighbors.
