I lived in this complex for nearly two years and I never had a major problem in that time. The only real drawback to the complex is the noise factor. If you're a person who really needs quiet, forget about it. There is always someone pulling up in a car with a booming bass, or twenty somethings partying at all hours. But, for me, this never caused a major problem. The staff was friendly and on the few occasions I did need something done, they seemed to get it done promptly. The apartments themselves are very well laid out (at least the one bed/one bath) with a nice big bedroom and walk-in closet. Plus you get the washer and dryer in the apartment which is a rare plus.
Overall, I enjoyed my time here.
It's also less than a block away from one bar (Erin's) and just across from the Dublin House. Accessible drinking, thumbs up.
