Upon moving out, we were charged for a utility bill from the previous month which was already paid, and payment accepted from utility company.
Upon move out, we were charged a "trash removal" fee for unspecified reasons. Apartment was left trash free, and clean. Management could not provide details/documentation/proof of the supposed "trash" that was left.
Overall the apartments are nice. Management, however is crap (Janet in particular, the others are ok). Paperwork is 20 times more cumbersome than other apartments of similar price. Employees will tell you one thing ("no, your monthly rate won't go up when you decide to stay with us") one day, and send you paperwork with conflicting information (rate increase) the next. Lease renewal documents were not sent out on time. Maintenance is ok at times, insufficient others. Had *NO* water pressure for about a week. Management was called numerous times, never provided a reason, never were able to give an estimate on repairs. Management does not ever return phone calls. A/C did not work correctly for most of the summer. They were notified on 3 occations, and it was never completely fixed. Parking varies depending on your specific unit, but if you get home later than 11:00 PM, odds are there will be no parking.
***Despite being "professionally" managed by a parent company, the office staff is far from professional***

Your just mad because you didn't leave your apartment clean, don't hate the management for doing thier jobs. The Girls in the office have always been fair to me and my friends. They Rock!

i have lived here for 3 years. Ive been through a fire here also and the mangement is so sincere and honest. you were probably a horrible leaser and just complaining about stupid non since. i know for a fact that none of this is true. Janet is one of the best and hardest working. maintenance gets your problem fixed in less than 24 hours, so maybe you were the problem.
