I started reading these reviews to see if what I'm going through is a new experience, and it's not. They have changed management 3 times in the 6 months i've been here, and I even had to go to court over "utilities" that I refused to pay (upwards of 80$ a month for a single occupant) when confronted, they say "You're told it's not included in the rent" which is a lie. If you refuse to pay the horribly overpriced utilities that are supposed to be included in the rent, they embezzle your rent, pay their utilities, then say you owe them rent! Avoid at all costs, plan on management not having a clue (new people every 2 months), plan on your actual rent being about 1/4th higher due to fictitious utilities.

If a lawyer reads this, please look me up, I'd love to sue the pants off these idiots!
