Good apartments. Kinda small for more than 2 people. Great management and maintenance. A little creaky at times, but you cant hear niose from other floors. A few security problems, but management took care of it promptly. Great for military, if getting deployed, military clause. Close to Fort Carson. If trying to get out of lease early without military clause, EXPENSIVE! Secluded from city. Overall, good place to live if fits your lifestyle.
