Nice scenery, nice landscaping, grown in trees very pleasant in summer and fall. Laundry room inadequate-dryers/washers constantly broken, have to sign key out to use after hours due to recent vandalism. Batch of new tenants brought allot more children in who are never supervised, so noise level and litter around complex has risen drastically! Many tenets have broken rule of dogs 15 pounds or less so allot of barking, and dog droppings in area. apartments have outdated stove, refrigerators; Apartment is not worth what they are asking for it, no pool, hot tub out of commission for 6 months plus, parking getting tight, been with out maintenance man for several months who controlled allot of after hours activity and up keep of grounds. Management very professional and friendly seems a bit over whelmed at times but all an all pleasant to work with.
If price was lower on units and tenants held responsible for their kids and actions would once again be the Springs best kept secret!
