According to the contractors that service the complex it's the worst Grifiss-Blessing property. The pool and spa always have vandalism issues. And on top of your own utility bills you have to pay your share of the complex utility bills. You'd think that would come out of your rent but all residents pay for the lighting and heat in the common areas.
