Cobblestone was my first apartment and I am surprised at some prior ratings because I did not have any of those problems while living at Cobblestone. I am a single, young female, and I always felt safe living alone there. I never had a problem with parking, and even when I had friends visit me, they never complained of not being able to find a parking space. The apartments are relatively new, so I rarely had maintenance issues. When I did, they were minor and well taken care of. I did not have much contact with the office staff because, other than to pay rent, I rarely needed to go to the office, but when I did need something, they were friendly and helpful.
