I moved in not even 2 mos ago and I already want to get out of this place! The parking is ridiculous, and the neighbors are so loud! The walls are paper-thin so you have almost no privacy... you cant make any sound without someone else complaining. The management is somewhat nice but it seems like everyone will tell you something different for the same question or a completely wrong answer. The units are crawling with bugs (ants and spiders) that doesnt even get solved when they send the bug man out. I do have to say that maintenance does a good job. They are efficient and i never have any problems afterward. The apartments themselves are definitly not worth all the money I spend. They told us when we signed our lease that the extra charge would only be about $30... umm... i get a 70 dollar "community fee" every month... on top of what i pay for personal utilities. Parking is a nightmare when it comes to guests. This is not a very nice place to live... they spend more on the lawns then they do keeping up their apartments... i feel like im stuck in 1975... 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
