Avoid this place. Bugs. No guest parking. Expensive "community fee" on top of your COS utilities. Plan on paying about 120-150/month altogether for a 1 bedroom. Good luck getting people in the office to answer the phone. Rude. The kitchen is straight out of the Brady Bunch. You can hear everything from your neighbors apartments. It actually sounds like my upstairs neighbor may have constructed a bowling alley in his living room. In the winter the steps werent taken care of & were very slippery. Although, the maintenance guys were pretty good about fixing stuff quickly. The only positive is that it is close to Post. Other than that, I can't wait until my lease is up. Try other apartments on Westmeadow BEFORE this one. By far the WORST apartment I have ever lived in...and I have lived in some crappy apartments!

Spiders and ants?? Other apartments on that street have the same bugs.
