I lived at cobblestone for a few years then I bought a house. I just read some of the other comments and yes, some are true. There are spiders and ants, but guess what, I own a NEW house and I have spiders and ants, they are everywhere you live. And parking, yes there isn't a whole of extra parking but even on my street, my friends have to park a few houses down too. At least at the apartments when I had a maintenance issue I called someone for free. Yes you can hear your neighbors if they are LOUD but that is apartment living, buy your own house where your walls are touching. I can hear my kids in the room next door, that is the same as living in the apartment.
