I am pleased with the staff of Colony Hills. They really do work with the tenants to ensure fairness and comfort. Unfourtunately, there are neighbors who aren't so neighborly, but that is to be expected when living in an apartment community. The rent is very reasonable, considering the size of the apartment, washer/dryer hookups, and amenities. Although there is limited storage, overall I am pleased for the rates I pay.
I must reiterate that the staff is reasonable. They listen tou your needs and try, to the best of their ability, to ensure a safe and respectable community. This is the BEST community on this side of town!
