Colony Hills Apartments

Gangs, crime, section 8 housing From: info@discoveringcolorado.com Date posted: 5/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   In the past week, there has been 3 cars broke into. 1 during broad daylight. 1 gang fight about 1 hour ago that involved over 15 people in the Colony Hills parking lot, and numerous arrests for drugs. There is no safety here, not even at 11am. Not a good place for a family or anyone that values their life. Management has been friendly, but very presumptious concerning fault of the poor living conditions here. They blame their good tenants, instead of hiring security that was initially promised when we signed our contract. We are moving ASAP
