This place is a definate rip off. First of all, there are only two bedrooms and the price depends on what FLOOR you live on, ie the cheapest is the ground then it gets expensive on the third floor.
Beware if something breaks in your apartment because YOU will pay for it and they won't tell you till they send you the bill. The "dog run" is just right behind the carports, no lighting and no grass...very unsafe. This place is seriously not worth the money. Oh, and if you want parking you either better get off of work really early or be prepared to be walking all the way back to your place.
