Dogs urinate all over the hallways-Geto property

They allow pitbulls on property which is very dangerous. I was walking out of my apartment with my son and the neighbors pitbull jumped out on my son. The management was told and did nothing to warn the residents. My fridge has not worked in a month and water is all over the floor-yes i have been complaining about this on a weekly basis. Lighting is poor on the property and it makes it bad to go out to the parking lot at night- I work nights, and to be in a bad neighborhood they should take some percautions. I,m section 8 and Im going to school--I'm trying to better myself and get the hell out of the geto!!!!!!Angry resident.
