I would not suggest this place to anyone, especially with kids. When we moved in, they had told us they had never had a shooting here and their 'security' (if you even want to call them that, has never had to draw their 'weapons'. Well about a month after we had moved in, we had a note on our door telling us their was a shooting in the parking lot over the weekend. Our complex constantly smells like pot, there are a lot of teenagers living here that have so sense of courtesy or what 'bedtime' is. Were constantly having to listen to our neighbors bounce around like idiots above us. Car alarms are constantly going off. Its hard to have your windows open on a warm night (when you dont want to but on the a/c) because of all of the commotion. The neighbors are rude. And the issues with the refridgerators are insane. All the appliances are old. Our fridges are not frost-free and they wont replace them. They simply tell us 'defrost them'. Defrost them so all my food can spoil' I do NOT think so. The dish washers leak. The maintenance uses your hair dryer to defrost your fridge, not their own. The stoves are cruddy. I wish I never moved here. Don't be fooled by their model apartment, it looks NOTHING like you will get. Parking is rediculous. Don't try to park close to your apartment past 8 at night, there is no parking except for very far away.
