DO NOT MOVE IN!!!! I've been here 9 months. Do not leave your doors unlocked not even for a min. One Incidence i ran out to my car for a smoke, not even 2 minutes later i saw a man walking through my apartment. At first i thought it was my boyfriend so i decided to sneak up on him just to see what he was was doing. When i got to the door, it was a total stranger walking out of my apartment with my purse in his hand. I didn't say anything because i was in TOTAL shock! Later i called the police and reported it to the manager. They didn't do ANYTHING about this matter. Not to mention, i had 3 kids sleeping in the apartment, one was on the couch where the man stood over her. Another incidence, i locked my keys in my car, all i needed was to get the spare set of keys to my car which were in my house but they wouldn't let me into my house, but security kept telling me to call a locksmith. Why pay for a locksmith when they have an extra set right there in there office' Let alone it was 1:00am and i had myself and 3 kids standing outside in the rain all because they wouldn't help me. Last but not least, this apartment complex has had the biggest turn over rate i've ever seen. Since i've been leaving here i've seen people come and go! People moving out within a month that they've moved in. I understand why now. Just recently i was kicked out due to $30 short on my rent. They were NOT willing to work with me at ALL! They just kicked me and my kids out like we were trash. What's worse is that many people who live here have told me that the manager has let them pay half the rent on the 1st and the other half on the 15th. I'm not saying i'm justified, but i think they could have worked with me on the $30! So i see now why people don't want to live here. And the security RAVEN, they only stroll the complex like once every other night. That's why the stabbing just accured a few nights ago. Don't rely on RAVEN security. Cause they could care less about the residents! DO NOT LIVE HERE. The sign outside says LUXURY LIVING! CAN NOT BELIEVE they would even post this crap on their sign! Please are you serious'''
