Colony Hills Apartments

WORST PLACE EVER!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   If you're looking to rent at Colony Hills, think again! This was the worst place I have ever lived. The apartment was dirty and things were broke when we moved in. The carpets are from 20 years ago...everything needs to be remodeled and they won't do it. Any time you have a complaint they look at you like you're stupid. When we moved out they took part of our deposit to clean the already falling apart carpet and to clean. There was nothing to clean and it was cleaner than when we moved in. Pay a little extra for an apartment...you will be much happier! I guarantee it!
