I just recently moved out of the apartment and lived there for a year. As far as management goes, they are very friendly. But as far as the quality of the complex....it is horrible. The walkway constantly smelled dirty and raunchy, people threw their cigarette buds everywhere, beer bottles were found all over the place, and it overall was an unsafe area. My apartment was falling apart from the beginning...my toilet wobbled, my bathroom sink was leaking, my refrigerator stopped working and it took them over a week to replace it, my heater stopped working...etc. I could not wait to move out of the apartment.
