Facilities are dated, nothing special but adequate and in good working condition. Best water preasure in COS. I was surprised by how quiet the place was. Rent/utilities were reasonable. Deanna in the office was the stand out here. She was a true professional.
The bigger complexes could learn much from her. Thanks!!!!!!!!!
