The apartments are rather nice inside, clean and well thought out as to space considerations.
The garage is rather nice and the grounds look good. The views from the apartments are simply gorgeous. This is all added to the great washer/dryer hookups and new appliances.
That said, there are still a few flaws. The management is bad bordering on pathetic. They'll fix stuff but they seem to have no regard for other problems. For such pricey apartments, little regard is given to snow removal or garbage. And the place is loaded with bad neighbors (Note: I don't think this place does ANY background/credit checks.) Safety is only a part of the issue, moreso that disputes will be brought to the management with absolutely no resolve. Half of our building is trying to have a tenant thrown out due to noise & poor behavior, but the management has not even given them a formal warning. But put your trash out ten minutes late and you'll get a warning on your door.
The pool is gross (hot tub is ok,) the weight room is in disrepair and the grass/flowers are funky.
Overall, as long as you are just looking for a place to stay, this is good. I would not recommend the apartments overall as the rent is exorbitant for all the items that one has to deal with.
