Poor Managment

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The floor plans are great, the views are great, the parking is great, the maintenance is great, the managment is POOR!! Other than the fact their customer serive is a negative 5 on a scale of ten being the best, they are rude! Never have I experienced a staff that is so unwilling to help their occupants. Change of managment is a must, other than that the place is great.
