My wife and I lived at The Commons at Briargate for over 2 years and I cannot believe how unprofessional the management is. From the moment we moved in we had problems, and now after we move out we are still having problems. After 60 days we finally got our deposit refund of approximatly $90 and no explanation as to why it was so low. We gave them $300 as a deposit. When I called about this I was told that we forfeit 1/2 of our deposit, but it isn't in the lease. The apartments we nice, not luxury, and the grounds we terrible, the grass was totally dead (even though parks a homes next door were fine) the pool was kept clean and some of the neighbors were less than appealing (once their was a very loud verbal argument at 2 am right outside our window). I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone.

I appreciate - this knowledge - I am new to the Springs and looking for an apartment. The buildings look nice and I was going to check on vacancies. After reading your review I will look elsewhere.
