Very good deal for the money From: fmorelli Date posted: 6/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   We've only been here a month, but have been pleased. We have a 3 month deal at what would be a 12 month lease rate at most places. We had several issues with the apartment and they were immediately remedied. New management seems very good, spending a lot of money on renovations. The pool is being substantially redone, new furniture, heated, et cetera. Apartment is resonably spacious and comes with a huge 2 car garage, which is 2 1/2 cars deep. Good luck finding a better deal, especially on a short term lease. Location is awesome -- 2 minutes from a shopping center with everything you might need including a Hollywood Video. 5 minutes to I-25 @ Academy. Fantastic views of Pikes Peak, and a public park right behind the apartment, with full playground, huge open field and basketball court. Backs to neighborhood, which makes for a nice place to go jogging. This is our first apartment and I must say we've been quite pleased, as my review indicates. We got comparable prices for short term that were $1,500 - $2,000 / month.
