The manager is always so busy she never has time for the residents. I realize she has reports and a big responsibilty but come on take a few minutes to hear our conerns. I cant get past the people out front to talk to her to get our repairs completed. Customer service is an import issue with me. Hire someone to help with your reports YOU should be available for the residents to discuss matters of importance with you. But from what I am readinhg here the manager wouldnt care anyway. You must care about the residents we can move you know.
