This is by far the worst management I have ever dealt with. I don't understand how these people in the front office hate their lives so much that they feel the need to be a bunch of unprofessional, snobby, rude -------. I have lived in several other places, this one thankfully being a short term stay and it is by far the worst I have ever lived in. I highly don't recommend living here unless you want to deal with all the crap that goes on around here and the horrible management.

Also, apartments are infested with mice and you can hear your neighbors doing everything from talking to going to the bathroom!!!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

You are right on target! I lived there and the management was horrible, made mistakes in their records, outright lied to keep deposits and I even had to go to BBB to get them to remove an erroneous report after months of being told it would be fixed. I actually had one leasing agent who used my info to get a phone in her name and left me stuck to pay her delinquent bill or have my credit ruined. And yes, MICE are a major yuck factor. I remember turning on the oven and having several of them run out from under the stove. Considering they tout themselves as luxury housing, this is inexcusable...luxury compared to what? Living in a sewer? I would Never recommend this overpriced rodent hotel to anyone.
