I lived there for a year and am planning to move back in August since I am moving back to the Springs. I love having the attached garage, plenty of room for storage. I never had any issues with the management while I lived there -- they answered every question and resolved any maintenance issues (except one - my pipes froze - 3 bedroom ground floor apt the winter I was there -- they were like..you have to wait for them to thaw out...so everytime it was cold for more than 3 days in a row, I had to keep my water trickling in my bath. Thank goodness I had another bathroom :) As far as Mice go..i found one dead mouse in my garage near the garage door once..never saw or heard another one after that. There was ample parking where my apartment was located but some of the bldgs have no guest parking close that I can understand how that would be a pain. They plowed in front of my garage on request when we had the big blizzard. they pick up your trash outside your garage door several times a week..how convenient is that. I have a cat and after initial deposit ..no pet rent every month was nice. The westerly view from some apartments is..others..you get the side of another bldg ..i guess location is everything. Over all..it was a good place to live..yes not great but I like it enough to move back.
