I did not enjoy my stay here. I think my apartment was one of the cleaner ones...judging by walking down the hallway. My apartment was not thoroughly cleaned and ready when I moved in as I was promised it would be. There was a HUGE gap above my front door, large enough to stick your hand through. If you ask me that's a bit of a security problem. It took almost two weeks for them to "fix" it. Also, I went out of town only to find when I returned that the bathtub upstairs had leaked into my apt causing extensive damage. I'm not exagerating when I say that it took over a month to get this "fixed". Let me tell you it was an eyesore and a very poor patch job. I suspect the next tennant will still have problems with it. The last straw was when my apt got broken into and I had cash stolen. I'd like to believe it would have been fair if they had helped me out and worked with me to find a solution such as maybe relocation to a different complex. I certainly didn't feel safe anymore and continued to pay rent for 6 more months to complete my lease even though I moved out. There was no way I was staying another night. There were often plumbing problems downstairs where the laundry room was...not a problem if you don't mind walking through sewer smelling water to wash your clothes. And don't even get me started on the neighbors. The place came alive at night with people partying in the halls, smoking marijuana, playing loud music etc. Maybe my expectations were just too high, but I was very disappointed. Plus I still haven't gotten my safety deposit back! Even though the manager told me I was good to go.
