I've been a resident here for over 2 years. The office staff is on the ball and always willing to do what it takes to make my stay with them enjoyable. If I have ever had an issue I needed addressed, all of them make it a point to correct it. I pay my rent when my rent is due. I don't work for free and am guessing they dont work for free either.

The other residents who live near me have always been respectful of our right to quiet. This is apartment living and with it comes other residents walkin thru halls, hearing someone upstairs drop something and yes, occasionally a police car in the area. I feel safe knowing they are doing their jobs.

The property is well landscaped. Lots of grassy areas. It could use some more flowers tho. These are older apartments, but are well maintained. Any maintenance requests have been attended to promptly and professionally. None of the staff have ever entered my apartment without my knowledge unless it is an emergency. ie;plumbing leak

Parking is ok. If you park on the street watch out for the others who like to take up a couple spaces. There are a few out there who have no consideration for others but this is not confined to the "Conifers".

The halls are clean and free of offending odors. The laundry rooms are all on 1st floor and clean. Nothing objectionable there.

Rent for these apartments are in range with others. The flat rate for all utilities except electric is a great bonus.

I suspect anyone who has a beef with this staff, needs to re-examine the issues. There are never any suprises once you sign your lease. Everything is in black and white and is explained completely at move in time. You do a move in inspection prior to signing anything else. Your home is what YOU make it. And I'm glad I made this my home.

I am sure this was written by staff at this complex, if you'll notice there were 2 positive posts on the same day for this place and both are well expressed. This complex has no other positive posts, give me a break. Not to mention posting positive things claiming to be a resident is something I would expect of management here.

I agree, this was definitely posted by office staff of the complex. When I had issues arise these are some of the same "arguing" points they used on me!!
