I lived here for a year and it was the worst renting experience I've ever had. I was never late on rent and only called maintenance when I couldn't fix a problem and then the problem just never got fixed. Stove is from the 60's and barely worked the garbage disposal went out and they refused to replace it. I've had cocaine baggies from the upstairs neighbor fall from the balcony onto to my balcony. Drug dealers frequent the parking lots. The maintenance team is scared to deal with residents they call "gang members" or "drug dealers". The management has been RUDE every time I've had to talk to them, even when I'm paying rent. They never bothered to tell us that the water main broke and we wouldn't have water for days. The management felt obligated to make unannounced inspections and let maintenance enter the apartment with out even letting us know. Air conditioning you may as well just buy enough fans to dry clothes with. First month I lived there had a kid threaten to shoot me in parking lot, he didn't have a gun. Police here on a regular basis, and the people are still living here.
