When I fist came to visit Colorado Springs I was amazed at how low the crime was and how nice the people were....until I moved here. Nothing ever gets fixed after calling Mgmt x4 times. The water is shut off to the apt for almost a week, with no note from Mgmt. Mgmt is rude btw. I have called the police and on my drug addict neighbors,law enforcement and I both made 4 formal complaints to Mgmt. about them. ...and guess what they're still here. If you want AC you better stock up on fans. Oh yes there is plenty of parking spots...but so cluttered with cars you can't drive to your apt. Not to mention half of the cars in the parking lot don't work. The security door to the outside of the complex is never locked. If you decide to wash cloths in the unit you better get a book to read while the wash and dry... because clothes have a tendency to vanish.
