Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2007
I have lived at the Conifers on and off since 1995. I have seen the apartments go throught the worst and the best! When I first moved here, the parking lot was full of potholes, the paint on the buildings were old and peeling. As the new owners took over, they turned the apartments all the way around! Yes, there are ALWAYS a few bad seeds to ruin the whole community, but the apartments as a whole are good! The staff is nice and personable, the property is well maintained, and the neighbors are friendly. Anywhere else you would get either the extra stuck up people, or the ghetto fabulous crew! My kids can comfortably go outside and play without getting kidnapped or molested. What more can you ask for' For all of you that are mad at the place, you probably got evicted, are one of those stuck up people I spoke about earlier, or came from a ghetto and didn't get what you were looking for....DRAMA! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
