My neighbor caught 3 mice in one hour when he first moved in, at first I didn t believe him until he went to Wal-Mart to buy some more glue traps after he came back he brought the mice out for the whole floor to see. I m not going to go into the cockroach problem. I was lucky my apartment had no major problems but maybe I just finished my lease on time and got the hell out of there as soon as possible. They say they have vending machine but I have never seen it work, people keep trying to steal the money so they try to break into it. Cops were there all the time. My car was hit multiple times by people who don t know how to drive and they just leave without even leaving their insurance info (typical). The pool is big but they never put enough chemicals in it to get rid of all the crap floating around, I guess they are trying to save money or something. Everybody is issued a building key (they say it s very secure) but I never used that key once people always leave it open and keep sticking rocks under the door so it doesn t close, I always remover the rooks before I go to work and when I come back because I was trying to keep safe but like I said I can just go and take out the garbage come back and the door is open again, and the garbage containers are always full you may as well just leave the trash in front of the building, and don t even try to live there during winter. The building is not on the sunny side so to speak, the first snow will stay until spring and it gets so bad that you can t even drive your car out of the parking lot not to mention when you come home some of the snow melts and you are driving on five inches of ice. They do a very good job on cleaning the sidewalks from snow and ice it s the parking that sucks. I can t believe I called that place home. Where are the authorities on this issue, close that craps hole down. Or at least use some of that $700 Billion TARP money to bail them LOL. I can t think of anything else except for that rent they charge you can find a better place. Be careful when you sign the contract they try to make you sign a paper that reads you will have to back pay them the full rent price for every month that you live there if you break the lease agreement compared to the discounted rate that you are supposed to pay. For example they say they will let you stay there for $400 per month but the original rent price was $600. If you sing a one year lease and you break it after six months you owe them 6 *$200= $1200. In my case it was over $2000 so you may just pay the rent for the last few moths if you move out a little bit early it may be cheaper. Crooks! crooks! crooks! They are I am telling you. And by the way their gym is one old tread mill and a rusty row machine. good luck.
