My husband and I have lived here for a year. The "1 bedroom" is more similar to a studio, with only half a wall between the bedroom and living area. The rent is low and the utilities are pretty fair too. Management is friendly, and does ok with repair calls. The laundry room doesn't always work, but it's cheaper to use the laundromat on the corner of Murray and Platte anyway. The pool is nice in the summer, although it's pretty cold. The "playground" is pretty much nonexistent- just some swings. Most of the problems we have had have been with other residents. The people who live around us are very loud almost all of the time, and nobody ever cleans up after their dogs so there is always crap lying in the grass near the walkways. We see the police occasionally but they usually keep pretty quiet. The parking lot isn't in great repair and gets a little full sometimes. Don't park next to the tan van with the purple designs on its sides- it will hit the side of your car every time it pulls out.
