My daughter and I have lived at Cottonwood Terrace for about two years and have found Cottonwood to be one of the best places to live. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking for reliable, honest and caring office people. Maintenance needs are taken care of right away, which is unheard of these days. Cottonwood Terrace has really been good to me as well as my daughter.
