Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2004
 
I live at Cottonwood and have lived here for 12 years. Although some of the management staff has changed a few times, I have always been VERY PLEASED with them.
Although I would LOVE to have washer/ dryer hookups!!
Maintenance always seems to do a great job.
